Dana Donovan continues to be one of my favorite authors. The storyline in this book was different different then any I have read before and enjoyed every second of it. The circus was certainly a different location from Dana's other works and we got a glimpse of life in the circus with all the twists and turns and intrigue. Dana has 2 story lines running and manages to keep them both interesting. I was missing Lilith and Tony's interaction in the beginning of the book but soon there was plenty of two of my favorite people. Of course there is also Tony and Carlos. They make me laugh and want to keep reading. I loved this book and hope there is another in the works in the futureProduct details

A good solid enjoyable read. I've read the entire series and have enjoyed him all emencely.
Another great book in the series
I like the way it picks up right where the last one leaves off none of this 15 or 20 years later stuff.
Characters always consistent and interesting.
I hope Carlos gets to meet his Lilth and go thru a passage so we can have a lot more of this group.
I hope not a whole year before next book. But well worth the wait

I've read all of Dana Donovan's books - witch series is the best by far - and the only complaint is the wait between books! In the beginning when I read book one, he was finished through book three. That was great! Great read. Fun. Spooky. And funny! My favorite character? Probably Ursula. Maybe one book will focus mostly on her...
I loved books 1-10 so I was surprised and disappointed by the unnecessary comments made by the characters Lilith and Carlos. Calling the Chinese man "Ty nee dic" (Lilith) and the repeated derogatory comments about little people (Carlos) did not add to the plot lines. Neither character exhibited this racist tendency in the prior 10 books, so it didn't make any sense. Made me question the author's use of such inappropriate text in an otherwise good series.
From the first book in the series to the last I cudnt put the book down. I read the whole series in two weeks lol. Great strong,funny , lovable, and entertaining main characters. this series is a most read if you love kick-ass heroins that aren't afraid to kick alittle paranormal butt even when the men in their lives believe they should keep out of harms way and let them handle it LOL.
The long awaited Soul of The Witch was well worth the wait! This has been my favorite series since book 1, and with each installment, the bar is raised higher and higher! The circus mystery has me guessing until the end, there were countless moments when Tony and Carlos had me laughing out loud. Of course, Lilith is always the star of the show, and she is as magnificent and enchanting as ever. If you are a fan of this series, you will love it and if not, hurry to get Witch's Ladder to start an amazing ride! It's a shame one can only give 5 stars, it deserves more!
